Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Squadra mobile app and website (the “app”) operated by Reggio Digital (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Who can use Squadra

You must be at least 13 years old to use Squadra. Squadra is a game of skill for entertainment. It is not gambling: there is no wagering of money, no cash prizes, and no purchase is required to play or compete.

Your account

You need an account to play. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised. You can delete your account at any time from the app or our website.

License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Squadra for your own non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Community rules and your content

Squadra is social and open to all ages, so we ask everyone to keep it friendly. When you post content, such as league or team names, chat messages, and predictions, you agree not to:

• Post anything hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, or otherwise harmful.
• Impersonate others, spam, or share content you do not have the right to share.
• Break the law or encourage others to.

You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant us a license to host and display it so the game works. You can report or block other players, and we may review reported content and remove anything, or suspend accounts, that breaks these rules. We aim to review reports promptly.

Soccer data and scoring

Player data, fixtures, and live match events come from third-party data providers. This information can be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect, and provisional scores may be adjusted once official data is confirmed. We do our best to keep scoring accurate and consistent, but we do not guarantee that every point or result is error-free.

Purchases and subscriptions

Squadra is free to play. Squadra Pro is an optional yearly subscription that removes ads. Payments are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and prices are shown before you buy. The subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the relevant app store.

Advertising

Squadra may show family-safe, non-personalized ads to keep the game free. Ads are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the content of third- party ads or the sites they link to.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the app or its content.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or interfere with fair play or other players.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the app’s security or operation.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, the Squadra name and mark, and its content are owned by Reggio Digital or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Team, league, and competition names are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of information. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reggio Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to Squadra if you break these Terms or use the app in a way that harms other players or the service. You may stop using Squadra and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we make changes.
